  1. LOOK OUT! Sautee Woodworks receives a F from the Better Business Bureau for non-delivery. I wish I had known that before I ordered 4 benches through Etsy, which requires prepayment. After months of delay with many different excuses, the owner, Jim DeVincentis finally sent only one bench. Then he stopped responding to my e-mails. Now he has confirmed that he will not refund the over $700 that the remaining 3 benches cost. He has some happy customers, but you are gambling with your hard earned money.

  3. I have the same story. I ordered a pie safe, off of Etsy. He kept pushing out the shipping date and then just didn't respond. In total, I am out $758. I filed a report with BBB. However, there is absolutely nothing they can do to help with a refund. All they do is facilitate conversation. Since it has been over one year, my credit card company (and paypal) can't go after him either. The man is a lying crook.
